[GAMEPLAY] Beginner/Intimediate Cassiopeia-Bot doesn't buy Items after Doran's Ring

Hello!

I tend to play 3v3 Intimediate Bot-Game after a bunch of Normal Games to cool down, and every time I encounter Cassiopeia she stops buying Items after her Doran's Ring. The answer WHY she is doing it is clear to me: After the "Snakes don't need boots"-Patch, her AI tries to buy boots as the second Item, but she just can't, so in an endless loop of not being able to "shop", she just comes to lane with only the initial Doran's Ring. I know it is not a major bug, but I enjoy a good game with the Bot's and they don't need more handicap than they already have.
