[Gameplay Bug] Victor's Q on Turrets

This bug occurs when Victor Q a minion and then the enhance auto attack will be repeated on any turret. This happened in game and was tested in custom.

  1. Push wave to turret but leave something (champ/minion) that victor can Q at
  2. Then enhance auto attack the turret
  3. Auto attacks after the enhance auto attack on the turret will be enhance

The enhanced auto attack is not consumed on turrets or other structures, however the extra damage from the enhanced auto attack is not applied.
