How is Riot going to acknowledge that **their ** servers are making it so people can't connect to games, and then give me a leaver buster penalty for not being able to connect to the game? Is that even legal? Why you do dis Rito?

How would it be illegal, it's riot's game and their policy is subject to change.
Especially considering is F2P. Shit happens, there's flaws in a system but a buggy client isn't something lawfully wrong.
Riot has the right to remove any and all access to the service at any time for any reason or for no reason. When you click "Accept" after patching, you legally agree to this. Every online game operates in this manner.
