[CLIENT] "Sort by Release date" is wrong is the shop

This is a non-important nitpick, just something I wanted to point out to any Rioter who happens to be in charge. Most of the newer champions are correctly in order by release date via the shop filter, but many of them are still lumped in with the "release" champions. I vividly remember the releases of Vladimir, Galio, Urgot etc and they are quite out of order in the shop. Thanks for the fun game guys
