Connection Timeout anyone?

Ever since the new patch I can't seem to connect to the servers properly. I keep getting Connection timeouts during login and I keep getting disconnected from server after I am successfully logged in.

Anyone else? Any idea how to resolve this?

I couldn't login after the halloween update. Mine stuck on "logging on" every time when i try to login
