I didn't get anything from a Hextech Chest

I played Pyke recently for the first time and got an S- grade, so I got a chest since I had one available.

I opened it with a key I had, and a window popped up "An unexpected error occured". I went back to my loot, no chest, no key, and on my profile: no chest available to loot with an S grade.

So I would like some kind of compensation for this, I mean I'm not getting my free stuff !

Thanks, Le Fireheart

I"ve had this a couple times and put in a Riot ticket. I DID get stuff, and just didn't notice what it was. If you want to know, put in a Riot support ticket.
