Timer invisible when tweaking masteries

ok this isn't really a bug, but it's highly disruptive.

When the mastery change window is open in champion select in the dynamic queue, you cannot see the timer like you could before. I can't even count the times i've been surprised by a game start when tweaking masteries in champ select, since i can't see the timer.

Please move the countdown somewhere above where it currently is.
