Grungy Nunu & Willump skin missing

I had the grungy Nunu & Willump rework happens now i don't and would need to pay to unlock it I sent a bug but I wanted to start a discussion and try to draw more attention to it since I don't see it being reported anywhere else also wondering if anyone else has had this issue.

I have the same issue as well. It's weird because before the rework I know it worked just fine.

I have it unlocked in my collection page, but when I try to select it in game it tries to get me to buy it. So not a isolated issue.
