Riot, please fix this

I've been playing in the beginner and intermediate que on the twisted treeline map, and the BEGINNER que is completely full of gold/diamond players just trying to get their first win of the day bonus. while it's great for them, it sucks for those of us who are trying to learn because these players know how to power their way through the map in just a few minutes. what exactly is the point of a beginner que if it can be exploited by people who are obviously not beginners?

first win of the day, should come from pvp games only. that way, us 'noobs' can learn how to play the game without having to deal with the highly experienced players who tend to wander from lane to lane constantly stealing kills and minion kills. it prevents new players from learning anything and is completely counter productive.
