Shyvana Bot buying Atma's Impaler (it dosn't exist enymore)
In twisted tree line intermediate Shyvana bot is still buying Atma's Impaler. It would be fine, if that item won't be removed in season 5.

That's normal for bots. The item files still exist, they just aren't available for purchase. Bots directly add the items to their inventories, while subtracting the appropriate gold cost; the item's actual availability does not factor in.
And hey, if bots are gonna buy items that might make them stronger than normally allowed, I'm not gonna complain. A tiny bit of difficulty won't hurt.
