[GAMEPLAY] Taric stun bush bug

I was playing Taric in ARAM and used E (stun) on a Warwick just before Warwick went into a bush. E went on cooldown, but Warwick immediately came out (before the 1.2 seconds that Warwick should have been stunned - in other words, Warwick had not been stunned).

(I'm not sure if this is intended behavior)

To reproduce this bug,

1. Play Taric (this happened to me on ARAM, but it might not be map specific) and take someone else along.
2. Use E on the other person's champion just before the champion enters a bush (so that the stun is in flight as the champion enters the bush)
3. Have the other person tell you whether their champion was stunned or not.
