I've tried to repair, reinstall, restart, etc.
This seems to also be happening with only my account because I had a friend log on with my computer and he was able to do a draft game no problem. The weird thing is that it only doesn't load if it involves the new updated lobby. I'm able to play ARAM, Co-op vs AI, Custom Games etc.
Anyone know the solution?

I'm having the same exact issue, IGN: LouTheLarge. I've contacted support and hopefully we can all get back to playing soon. It only appears to be draft queues too, I'm able to play custom and blind pick games without any issues.
Whats worse is if you manage to get in to a ranked game, during picks you will glitch out and get kicked out of que ( lose lp). You won't get the dodge wait time but when you que again you'll lose more lp. RIOT I CANT PLAY WITH THIS GLITCH.
Same thing happened here. Played a ranked game fine this morning. Went to queue again, got instant queue pop. The afk timer went to 0 and just stood there on screen for five minutes before I force closed the game. Now any draft queue I try, ranked or normal, just does this exact thing. Can only play normal blind picks, which is pointless. On my 6th game restart in hopes something jogs it loose or something.
Apparently it has dropped my rank without telling me as well. Was Silver II this morning, after force restart I'm at Silver III. Did the account rollback (several days) or something and the system can't cope?

Same thing here! it started when the client crashed for everyone in game lobby. I closed out, now it wont launch role selection screen!
It must be an account issue because i was able to get my alt working just fine.
nah had same thing happen. In lobby then it hit 0 and just froze. Now i can't play ranks
The draft lobby won't load for me maybe 1 out of every 20 games or it will crash during banning.
Same problem here.. my alternative account works for normal draft and rank draft.. it's definitely a bug in the account.

Same situation. Some random person in my ranked lobby glitched at the 0 count and we were all forced to quit. I have not been able to join a queue for normal or ranked since.
This issue was resolved for myself and several others recently, I hope that all of you that have just begun to experience this issue will inform support and Riot will look into and fix up your accounts as well.
