[GAMEPLAY] Quinn Vaulting glitch

As a Quinn main, it's often a problem when your ONLY positioning spell can get you killed for coding errors. Sometimes in lane while I vault off of an enemy or minion and my landing location is filled with a group of minions that took the spot of vault, an odd glitch happens. If I play five or so 30 minute games, about once or twice a day this bug will occur. The bug is that after vaulting, instead of vaulting back to her 525 AA distance, Quinn will instead land directly next to her target, unable to move.

It's as if she stuns herself. Issuing move commands does not make her move. Issuing attack move commands does not make her move. Issuing attack commands does not make her attack. I have once stood still in place for 5 to 10 seconds once. The only remedy that I've noticed is to flash to unlock Quinn from her locked state, or to simply wait it out.

I believe something in the code for her movement mid vault doesn't check off a boolean that the ability is no longer active, due to her possible return positions being unable to be carried out. I thought there was a bug patch recently to remedy her vault, to make it EASIER to get over obstacles and what not. As a result of this, some coding error must have been introduced. As a Quinn main pre-vault-patch, I feel that there was very little game play difference post-patch, rather this bug makes it possible for my enemy to escape if I were about to finish them, or I stand there helplessly as I die for no reason. Often my team gets confused as to why I just stand there, as if I just disconnected.

I feel as though Quinn's vault is almost too unreliable a spell with the current code for trajectory, especially if a target dashes/flashes/blinks. Another post commented on this in February, but this still has not been addressed. One of the biggest consistent glitches with vault would be if vaulting an opponent, such as ezreal or someone who flashes over a thick wall, Quinn's literal location will follow them over the wall, but if the target is killed, then Quinn "teleports" back to her original location. Something needs to be done about her vault for more consistency.

I have experienced this as well.
