Hello League of Legends players.
After the Season 4 (4.1) patch many of us have been or started having issues with League of Legends. Such issues include Lag Spikes, Client Crashes, and/or inability to patch.
We've been making numerous threads and/or raising old topics that have spoken about your issue in hopes of reaching the eyes of Riot, so I think that if we stand united our voices will be heard and that hopefully these problems will be resolved.
The Problem In Detail:
You open League of Legends (with or without Admin doesn't matter).
Type in your ID, password, and login.
Everything works perfect so far.
You then try to Start a game (Rank/Normal/Custom, doesn't matter).
You will then continue to pick your character and lock-in.
As soon as the Champion Selection window closes, the game loading window opens (all black), however nothing ever appears and you are left with a complete black screen for approximately 15 seconds, until a pop-up window shows up that reads...

Retry | Cancel
Failed (Attempted/Suggested Fixes):
-Power cycle the modem
-Reset the modem
-Reset the computer
-Release and Renew the IP
-Flush the DNS
-Turn off the Windows Advance Firewall
-Turn off the Anti-virus Firewall
-Opened it as Administrator
-Repaired League of Legends
-Changed the modem for a new one
-Uninstall and Reinstall League of Legends
-Uninstall my anti-virus/firewall
-Completely disable Windows Firewall (not just turned off)
-Completely disable Windows Defender (not just turned off)
-Turned off IPv6
-Disable IPv6 from my network device
-Installed special LoL from support ticket (non-pando)
Using a VPN is NOT a fix/solution.
I've spent about a day's worth (and I'm still am) trying to fix this issue and I've came to the conclusion that this issue isn't on my end.
Notes:
-The majority of affected players use Comcast as their ISP.
-Using HotSpotShield/WTFast will allow you to play but with a high ping, also this isn't really consider a "fix".
-The problem happens with Riot servers IP 192.64.171.* and 192.64.170.* any other server and LoL works.
-This happened before: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WkdAUM5RM3Q
-Problem is with the ISP, I apologize to Riot for pointing fingers.
