[CRASH] Frozen on loading into a game.

I believe I've only encountered this while trying to connect to ARAM games. The loading screen comes up and loads to 100% and then I notice that the little loading circle with my MS stops moving. I can hear what's going on in the background (podcasts/music) I can use shift+tab to cycle through and see that everything behind league is working (but it won't actually tab to them, the league loading screen stays at the front), I can also hit the windows key and that actually comes up and I can search for things, and right click league on the bottom bar and click to exit it, but it won't actually close. I have to actually turn off my computer with the button on the front and turn it back on. By this time I've missed 10+ minutes of the game and hurt my team by doing so. I would say this happens every... 4-8 games (if I play in a row) and I'm not certain how many if I play a few and then do something else. I haven't been able to create a constant variable to re-create this issue. This started about late last month and I just had a game where it happened again. Everyone else seemed to load in fine, though I didn't ask them if they had any issues. I've yet to have this happen in TFT or on Summoners Rift. I hope I've provided enough information for some sort of investigation or fix to happen. I can't video or screenshot anything because A) I can't tell when it's going to happen, and B) I have to immediately turn off my PC as I can't get to any other programs because the league loading screen stays at the front. Even bringing up task manager, it goes to the background and I can't actually close out league and restart it that way.
