When I enter a game, sometimes my emote wheel is blank. I know I have emotes selected and I have saved them. Is this just me or are other people getting it?

I think they are blank every other game for me. I think it has been like this for a week now.

I have this issue as well some games they are there and some you have non at all. I want to use my emotes [sg-janna]
