Champion pick glitch (ranked)

Anyone else have a problem when trying to pick a certain champ and you can't? So you get banned for not picking someone in time , but you were trying to for the last 15 seconds . Just wondering not mad because I don't get banned often. But would be thankful for any feedback. Also sorry if their is spelling errors.
