Killing the Target Dummy [GAMEPLAY]

I was just doing regular combos when the Shadow Slash from the Shadows I threw out killed the Dummy. Sadly, I didn't manage to recreate the bug again but I thought I should share it here.

We know, it's been reported over 30 times now. It's done when you apply Grievous wound to them.
