renektons w is bugged atm, i saw it happen most when i dash or flash to the target but sometimes it can happen randomly. renekton wont even cast you'll press w then it will immediately go on cooldown and the target wont take any damage or be stunned.

riot is very well aware of this bug (because it happenned during worlds, yay)

from what i've noticed it tends to happen when you activate W right before using another ability (before attacking with your stun)
