My Client is somewhat bugged where it spazzes out when I right click, for this and PBE

I don't know what happened but I think it occurred in champ select. I was in PBE and already posted this but I decided to put it in both boards. So I was trying to type something but it acted as if I clicked another window and wasn't typing in the game anymore. In the game whenever I right clicked the game started glitching out like if I were to click the window to move it somewhere else, but in place. If I tried buying an item it would almost destroy itself. Right before the game I restarted client but even the login screen had the same problem. It is not my mouse, I checked. It's weird that it's happening on both clients. I can already tell it's a pretty specific glitch but I'm sure something good will turn up. If anything clears up, I'll put it here.
