[GAMEPLAY] Fizz not getting stunned by Veigar's E

He completely ignored the cage, not only he didn't get stunned but also his dash didn't get interrupted. Cage was surely up by the time he used his Q.

Happened in ranked game. I didn't try to reproduce the bug.
