Game is Unplayable [CLIENT][CRASH]

So semi-recently, whenever I began to get into a game, it loads as normal. Yet when everyone gets to the podium, my mouse's icon returns to the classic white pointers (instead of the League glove) and I am unable to interact with anything. I can see everyone else move, ping and chat as normal. Yet I cannot shop, message, attack or anything. Simply frozen in place. The first time this happened, I had to uninstall my game and reinstall it. This seemed to have worked but just very recently it did the very same things again.

I would love to have this fixed since it's just a game-breaking bug. Not to mention I am getting reports for leaving when really, I can't control it when the game completely bugs out and I can't even type to my team to communicate this.

Due note, while I do use Discord on it, the first time it happened Discord was not up. This second time, while it was up, I have no overlays.

I'm not sure if it's the same problem as me, but sometimes my cursor bugs, but it changes back once I move my mouse quickly.

Have you tried, when you have this problem, pressing Alt+Tab to change focus from the game and then press it again to refocus on the game?

I haven't had the exact same issue as you but, I have two monitors and sometimes if I click on the game to refocus onto it, I get a white mouse and things don't work as intended but if I Alt+Tab out and back in the gold glove reappears.

Otherwise I would contact Riot Support directly and they should be able to help you fix it. Here's a link to that.
