Consistent bug splats

I don't know what is causing it but I am getting consistent bug splats during games where it will make my screen go grey for about 5 seconds but sometimes it just goes completely black screen and the only way to fix it is to restart my whole computer, but usually it will go back to normal and I can keep playing and a bug splat screen pops up asking if I want to send the problem to Riot, this problem has been going on for a good 4 months now and some times it happens multiple times in a single game. Does anybody know how to fix this, also yes I've already uninstalled and reinstalled the game and checked for corruption.
