Akali Bug

I played a game where i was Veigar and I was against an Akali. After I throw my stun around her, she W and gets out of the circle and is not stunned at all. I don't understand how that is suppose to work. This happened many times. Is this a bug?>

This is not a bug. Akali's shroud has a blink attached to it. While Veigars cage stops dashes and jumps from going through it, a blink, like Akali's shroud, can teleport you to the other side without getting stunned.
