PBE Client Update Bug

Upon opening the PBE client, the normal screen is changed to one with a link to "Install League of Legends" in the middle of the screen. The "Play" button in the top center of the screen is gone. The install link takes me to the League of Legends main website on the downloads tab and starts a download of the main client. As this download is the main game, not PBE, as far as I can tell, I did not download it out of fear that it would overwrite my main account directories and whatnot. I tried redownloading the PBE client, but the same error is there.
