League client bug with skin shards from chests

In 2019 may 21st I got SSG Ezreal skin shard from a chest. then i got into the champ select right away. But after the game i checked but only the ez skin was gone. It was not really called a chest but it was a ball that gave me two skins. it was neeko skin and ez. I would be apreciated to have the skin shard back please.
