I am still having the "I cant login because i am offline problem"

Hey everyone, i am having a problem, where as i go to login the client i cant seem to register my password thus leaving me unable to login. When i hover over the sign in button it simply says, "You cant seem to login because you may be offline" (or something like that) I researched about this problem but all the forums about it are old ones. I tried all the solutions they provided me with but none worked... I can still go on league though. Basically, if i wait for 5 mins (about) it allows me to type my account info down and i can sign in. Of course i am writing this post for some solutions other than old ones for example: "Go to cdm and type ipconfig" or "Go to this specific location C:\Riot Games\League of Legends\Config and delete a line. If there are no solutions i guess i will need to wait every time but it would be greatly appreciated if i find some sort of solution! Thanks in advance, hope you have a great day!
