[GAMEPLAY] BUG

It seems as though the new rift herald buff won't gain stacks while under the effects of Zeke's Harbinger. Not sure if that's intended also I was Dunkmaster Darius and the other person was Program Soraka. Doubt that has anything to do with it, but thought I'd add it anyways.
