Chest

So yea.. since they just closed my ticket and didn't even answer my question I'm going to ask here. I don't know if it's a bug or anything but is it normal getting chests for the past 4-5 months? It says that I can still get 4 available chests. I have been getting alot of S and above games and didn't get anything. I have alot of keys in my invent already. Thank you for answering
