League of Legends won't open stilll?!?! Anyone fix this?! No One seems to be able to solve this!!!!!

League of Legends still won't open for me. I click the application and it loads. On my taskbar, it says its open. I click on it and it shows just my regular background. However, I can still hear the music playing on the loading screen and my task manager says its open but all I see is my own desktop. I tried using it administrator but doesn't work. I deleted the game and redownloaded it and the same problem still occurs. Please someone help solve this problem, as other people has this issue too!
