ZED FAST COMBO BUG

hello I am a zed main and there is a very distinct problem with his fast combo. When you fast combo( throwing shurikens while tossing out shadow) sometimes the shuriken from the shadow will disappear, preventing poke in lane and late game preventing a kill which couldn't throw the game. It would be well appreciated if RIOT GAMES could look this over. sincerely a dedicated player
