The screen bug

Why does this happens? When enter in a game before screen loading screen is okay , but when it should enter the game , the loading keeps up to infinte and it wont enter the game, and i need to exit and come back and it s counts as a leaver buster still Please let me know if u know something about this and i got 4 leaver busters because of this
