I'm an adc/mid player. I've never played Rakan, Nasus, Xin Zhao, or Braum in SR, and I haven't touched Orianna, Braum, or Rakan in ARAM anytime recently. I know the deals have been bugged in the past, so it seems like they're having problems again.
EDIT: They know of problems with "Your Shop" and are working on fixing them. Hopefully they're aware of this as well, since their descriptions of the problem are vague.

Fondling Gems1 votesIf you hover over the "Explore League" icon in the top left there will be a "Support" button you can click on. It will redirect you to a different page. If you click "Submit a Request" at the top it will let you send a ticket in to player support.

Fill out all the relevant fields (they even have a 'topic' for Your Shop).

BUT THIS TIME I GOT MY MAIN CHAMPS. Kat,Ahri,Ori,Eve,Karthus,xayah. Legit feels so good man. Bought 2 already looking to buy 2 more =)
