Devourer is buggerino'd

Devourer only shows stacks as 1 per kill on the item itself, (the buff tooltip is correct) counts the 2 from scuttle as 1, and 5 from dragon as 1, have had this happen multiple games in a row.

This means that if you click on your enemy jungler to see their devourer stacks on the item.. it shows an incorrect number
