[CLIENT] Champion Select cancel failed

I encountered this bug once in ranked, but it's probably a problem in all draft pick champ selects. The last pick on my team had locked in Jinx and shortly after a message along the lines of '[summoner name} has left the chat', from what I've seen most of the times it says that it means the player has left and the client would put everyone back in queue. However in this instance the timer continued to count down to zero, I was greeted by the loading screen. While there the Jinx's splash didn't show at all and her connection status remained non-existent. Now once the game itself began her character spawned right in the center confirming the lack of connection completely. The problem I can tell from this is the champ select cancel mechanic failed completely.
