Bugs in the "Your Shop"
i have a steve skin and a blitz crank for sale but it wont let me buy it. ive tried reseting the client and my computer, but nothing works

Do you own Blitzcrank already? If an item in Your Shop is on sale in the store you can't purchase it through Your Shop until it's off sale; since champions are packaged into Your Shop sales, if you don't own Blitz you won't be able to purchase that item combination until you either buy Blitz separately or Blitz goes off sale.
If this isn't the case for you, idk what the issue might be.
