Loading Screen Doesn’t Load (Black Screen)

Please take the time to read this and help me with my issue. Thank you! Ever since I started playing League again (beginning of July), I’ve been getting the following crash/freeze once in a while, sometimes even 3-4 games in a row: I open League of Legends client. Usually no problem*. I start searching for a match. No problem. I pick a champion. No problem. And as everyone is getting ready for a ranked game, the new tab opens (I don’t know what’s it called but it’s basically the match itself). A black screen and a Windows Busy Cursor (turquoise spinning circle), followed by the typical League cursor. And that’s it. No champs, no profiles, no animation. Just a black screen and a cursor. What I usually do is move the cursor a little bit (it changes to blue sometimes, probably as I hover over a profile) and wait, but the game still won’t load. So I just restart my PC and hope I get back soon enough. Please help me because now I have a low-priority-searching ban! Thank you! *Sometimes my PC freezes at the Login Screen too...

P.S. My PC monitor died last week and I bought a new one, with the hope that it will fix the problem...nope...

it's doing the same thing for me now. it'll be stuck in a black screen with the windows busy cursor and I wont even be able to alt tab out to close it. and it's weird cause it was working all last night and the night before. and all of a sudden I try to start an aram match on PBE. I picked aphelios and it messes up. and now it does it on my account on the live servers. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling 4 times. I've even restarted my pc 3 times. and nothing seems to help

Oops I didn’t know * makes text italic here. I meant to put a note after “League client” to state that sometimes it crashes too

FYI everyone is seeing the same thing. You try to reconnect to the game and it just gives "failed to connect to server"

This ruined 5 games for me now i have 10 matches low piority queue "30 min". What the hell, why wont riot fix this. Its being there for 3 days now, i dont even feel like playing anymore.
