Skarners E slows way down when using it on a big minion wave[GAMEPLAY]

I recently started playing skarner again, and I've noticed it about 4x now when I E a huge wave . The Projectile slows down, It's almost like a brand ult hitting each minion expect of course in a line. Just tested it multiple times during my last ranked game, every wave with more than 5 the E would cause it. I could be crazy and this is not a bug, but I don't ever remember this effect on skarners E and it does not happen during jungle or few minions.

It's intended.

For every target (Including minions) that Fracture strikes, the crystal moves slower.

This is intended, to prevent Skarner from spreading Fracture stuns throughout entire teams during a tight teamfight. It's also supposed to solidify him as the 'kidnapper' who picks a lone target, locks them down, and drags them to hell.
