Colorblind mode

I don't know if this qualifies as a bug or what but... I am colorblind, and there are many times in my recent games when I cannot see indicators, even with color blind mode enabled, i.e Cho'gath Q, Anivia ult and Q circle (especially legendary skin), and Ziggs Ult radius.

please do something about this, I like banning people besides the most meta problem champ.
