[CLIENT] Had to buy champ twice once with rp and then with ip!

A few days ago i bought Vladimir with rp and then i bought his skin. But then i found out i couldn't play him in ranked! So turns out i dint even have vladimir altough i bought him. The skin worked when i played him but the champ was in free week at the moment. So i bought him again with ip but i lost the rp.
