Pop-up windows Error (Can't even report a bug)

The Issue is that I once refused to allow Chrome to open links or highlighted Words that open pages on the net from The Client and nothing that i know of can fix it. it pops in an error with the Browser Related and Uninstalling and Reinstalling the Browser did not seem to do the Trick. Is there a way to get through it? I really Want to be able to Open up the Articles posted on the Front Page of the Client
