Tahm Kench Ult Not Working

I was playing Tahm Kench today and I ulted Udyr, the first time to dragon pit and it was smooth. Then later on i ulted him agian and he went into my mouth and then he would be stuck and i could move around as if i only swallowed him. My ult went on full CD and the Udyr said he heard the normal noises that would occur. I only got 1 clip of it happening live. If needed i could get every instance that the ult bugged if needed. Not sure this is frequent because yesterday i was ulting just fine with no problem
