[GAMEPLAY] Shyvana Rageblade Interaction

Shyvana's Twin Bite currently gives only one stack on Guinsoo's Rageblade (under any circumstances both in human and dragon form). This doesn't seem intended to me since Twin Bite tends to interact with most things, especially on-hit or per-aa type mechanics as 2 basic attacks. Now I'm wondering if she even get's all her Guinsoo's Rage procs with this ability. Perhaps the rageblade stacking mechanic has some kind of negligible cooldown causing this, or perhaps it's a wonky accidental byproduct of how Twin Bite interacts with some things like 2 attacks and interacts with other things (hello Sivir) like a spell. Or perhaps this is intended. If not then it's pretty important to fix since this is such a core item for Shyvana now. :/ After all she just got a whole new ratio just to synergize with this item in particular.
