Draft bug

On picking any kind of draft game mode it leads to a black loading screen with "Arranging a Team" visible at the top. Verified for Ranked and Normals Draft modes except Bots.

On waiting 10-20 minutes option to pick champion never appeared, and no visible change.

Continuous issue; No longer able to play any non blind game mode.
