Annie Tibber Bug

To whom it may concern,

There is a serious BUG with Annie "R" Tibber!

I've asked many Annie players and they have the same problem!

When Annie have her stun ready! And she cast "R" to stun an enemy champ! Many many times, Tibber doesn't stun the champ! No AOE effects, No Stun, Tibber someones just stood there!

Can someone explain what is going on? Many many Annie Main Players is losing alot of Rank Games due to this bug!
