Corki rocket ship bug

my friend was playing in an ARAM game with a Corki and he found a upside down rocket with 5 blinding dots on it. on his screen it was displayed but on my screen it was not displayed (we where playing together). i have seen this in the past and was playing with a Corki that game, Corki also has a rocket ship, that leads me do please this happened because a Corki was in the game.
