[Client] Champion Select: All Champs missing with low-spec mode

During the pick phase in the new client, enabling low spec mode caused me to not be able to see any of the champions in the select screen. I nearly missed the pick because of it. Disabling low spec mode brought the champion selections back, but I don't think that this should be intended.
