[ToolTip Bug] Nami E Tooltip Misleading -- E Grants Buff for 3 On-Hits, Not 3 Attacks as Stated

Nami's E says that autos are empowered for 6 seconds or 3 autos. This implies that it is an "on-attack" effect, but it actually grants an on-hit effect that procs up to 3 times. This means that if a buffed champion has built Runaan's, bolts will expend a charge. If a buffed champ has an ability that applies on-hits, such as Ezreal's Q, it also expends an E charge.

The tooltip should be adjusted to say the the E grants an on-hit that procs up to 3 times or the ability should be adjusted to be an on-attack to match the tooltip.
