[GAMEPLAY]Victorious Jarvan Skin no auto-attack animation and cannot trigger passive.

First time posting about a bug that I encountered twice already. I played Jarvan while using the Victorious Jarvan skin in 2 ranked games, and somehow the auto-attack animation disappears. You can still hear Jarvan's sound, but there isn't the sound for the passive. The passive also doesn't trigger when this bug is present. I tried recreating it in a custom game, but it doesn't appear. Could riot maybe look into this? Without his passive, it weakens Jarvan a lot. Especially in ranked games.
