Varus q not casting after death

I assume it happened the same way it did for everyone else. The idea is that in a big team fight (i am not sure what killed me exactly as i didn't check right after, it being ARAM) i died. When i re spawned the q would not activate as if it was not upgraded. In my headphones it made the sound as if you were dead or there were no point in the skill. this has happened at least a half dozen times making this a pretty big issue in my opinion. Taking into consideration the high number of comments in other forums about this issue i would say its a good time to figure out this bug.

p.s i would say the last time this happened was about 3-4 months ago, before that it happened pretty often.
